Harberton Parish is in the Totnes cluster of 15 surrounding parishes. The cluster meets about four times a year.

At the meeting on 23 November 2011 Tim Padfield gave an account of the Totnes on the Move initiative, which is promoting sustainable transport in Totnes and its hinterland.
